Dear Parent or Guardian of Prosser Student:
Prosser faculty and staff are excited that your student will be attending Prosser School of Technology during the 2009-2010 school year. We look forward to assisting you and your student in order to enjoy a successful school year.
Please thoroughly read the information on the attached sheets: the NA-FC corporation school calendar, the page itemizing Prosser’s classroom and lab fees, the Telecommunications Use Agreement, and the Prosser Student Enrollment Sheet. Please bring with you the completed Student Enrollment Sheet to the scheduled registration session that most conveniently fits your schedule. If you cannot attend one of the scheduled sessions, you may mail to Prosser the completed Student Enrollment Form and a check for the class fees. Make the check payable to Prosser School of Technology.
When you attend one of the registration sessions, you will likely be at Prosser for a minimum of ½ hour of the scheduled session. When you arrive, posted signs will direct you to the room in which you will meet with a staff member to pay your student’s fees. If your student is enrolled in the cosmetology program, you will still pay the fees at Prosser’s main campus on Charlestown Road.
During the registration session you attend, I invite you to attend a brief information session and/or walk through the building to become acquainted with our facility. During the scheduled information session, I will offer an overview of rules and policies so that students and parents know what to expect and anticipate. If this is the first year that your student will be attending Prosser and you were unable to attend the orientation evening this past April, the information session will be especially valuable.
